Cricket: 'Oh dear God! Take mercy on me dear Ant and please give me some food to eat.'
Ant: 'But, dear Cricket: you know that we ants never borrow and we ants never lend!'
Cricket: 'But, if you do not share your food with me, I will starve.'
Ant: 'Did you not save any grain for winter months while the weather was still good?'
Cricket: 'Oh no! I had better things to do than toil all day collecting food.'
Ant: 'May I ask what important work you had to do at that time?'
Cricket: 'I sang, danced and enjoyed myself in the pleasant weather.'
Ant: 'Well, then, continue to sing and dance even now............'
