A sword or gun etc can only kill one person at a time and only the ideas of that one person, The word can inspire millions and spread to future generations. Jesus was killed in ancient Israel but his words have spread world wide and inspire millions for over 2000 years. Adolph Hitler was killed in a bunker in Germany in WW ll, his followers killed or jailed and his country beaten into the ground but you still find people who follow his ideas. For good or bad an idea lasts for years and generations.
