Given that Point N(7, 4) is translated 5 units up.

Consider the point N(7,4) on the graph as shown in the attached image.

We have to translate it 5 units up.

That means the 'x' co-ordinate remains same and the 'y' co-ordinate will translate by 5 units up that is we will add 5 to its 'y' coordinate.

So, the new coordinate after translation is N'(7,9).

Therefore, the new coordinate is N'(7,9).
