In the past years, Nepal has transitioned from a feudal society with authoritarian rule to a modern society with democratic rule. Transition from one form of rule to the other is not easy. It’s more like finding the right path from many different routes.
Sometimes decisions are made for the betterment but they cause way more problems than were present before. And that is why the rules have to be rewritten every time there is a possibility of improvement or the measures taken are insufficient to solve the problems or if they create new ones. This is the reason constitution has been changing frequently in Nepal.
