Point out the difference between the way Villages managed today and in the time of mahajanapadas? Please answer this Question...

Now days, regular elections take place in villages which helps in promoting democracy in our country. But in earlier times, there was a ruler which controlled the village which did not help in democracy but it helped in monarchy system which went for a long time in our country in old times

1. In times of mahajanapadas worked with the help of there family which is called Grihapatis. But they also employed "Dasas " or slaves on there feilds and homes in return for wages .

2. Now a days they are working alone without any family support and they are more intersted in offices, and etc...
