SInce A and B are on a circle

OA = OB

so, C divides AB in 1:1 ratio
so, as formula,(y-7)/2=-3y
or, y-7=-6y
or, 7y=7
or,. y=7/7=1
so we got y=1 SO, Coordinate of C is (2,-3)
Now length of radius=BC=√(5-2)^2+(7+3)^2unit
=√3^2+10^2 unit
= √9+100unit
=√109unit (Ans.)
