Sub: regarding permission for marriage procession.  

Respected Sir,

I, Riya, aged 55 years, a resident of B- 44, Gandhi Park, Janakpuri, New Delhi- 110031, am a mother of Rahul, who is getting married on 15 February 2019. Hence, as per our customs, a procession of our relatives will be taken out of to bride's place via Uttam Nagar to Najafgrah.  

Accordingly, we will be using loudspeakers and a few firecrackers between 7 to 9 p.m. We would like to assure you that we will try our best to maintain the law and order and not to disturb much to the local people.  

Therefore, we request you to please allow us to conduct the procession for the said marriage. We will be your grateful.
