- Mussolini was an able leader.
- He persuaded Italy by reviving their glory .

- There was no strong opposition against the Nazis and Fascists.
Anti-semitic propaganda.
- The Jews were portrayed as traitors and the Nazi party as well as the Fascist took the advantage of the Anti-semitic propaganda.
