These challenges need to be countered as it is against the democracy-
●If the decision taken by the leader will be ultimate then other members will feel alienated.
●If the leader always changes bw person from same family other party members cant come at the top. Further a person without experience and political support comes to power which inturns destroys democracy.
●The election takes the form of competiotion and parties tries to take short cuts to win elections. The rich people influence the decision.
●Almost every party agrees on the fundamental aspects just differs in how to frame and implement its policy.
