Answer:when group of people come together to form a political organisation, to contest election, to win election and to form government and to run government. the members of political parties belongs from different culture and ideology but they all are agree on agenda of political party. if any member of political party is not agree to accept their policies and programs , they cannot survive inside of political party.
there are three factors of political party:--
- the leader
- the active members
- the followers
