From Belgium story we learned that Power sharing is the true spirit of democracy which can reduce the posibilities of conflicts between different social groups.
In Belgium, the leaders took the different path, the understood the importance of power sharing and amended the construction four times and came with the fine Belgian Model.
In Belgian model French ,Dutch and Germans got equal representation in ministry as well as in the whole country.
Thus, Belgium people are living happily in the country.
