option (b)✔✔

when we put zero in the equation we get our ans is zero.

hence ,put x=3 one by one in

each.

For option A)

= > - 3 - 3 = \: - 6=>−3−3=−6

Option A) is incorrect

for option B)

{ - 3}^{2}−32 - 9 = 9 - 9 = 0−32−9=9−9=0

option B) is correct.

for option C)

{ - 3}^{2}−32 - 3( - 3) = 9 + 9 = 18−32−3(−3)=9+9=18

option C) is incorrect.

for option D)

{ - 3}^{2}−32 + 3 = 9 + 3 = 12−32+3=9+3=12

option D) is also incorrect.

hope it helps you.

★FIND:

➡️-3 as a zero of the following polynomial.

★GIVEN,

a)(x - 3) \\ b)x {}^{2} - 9 \\ c)x {}^{2} - 3x \\ d)x {}^{2} + 3x

★SOLUTION:

sub, x=-3 in the above 4 equations.

a)(x - 3) \\ = > ( - 3 - 3) \\ = > - 9 b)x {}^{2} - 9 \\ = > ( - 3) {}^{2} - 9 \\ = > 9 - 9 \\ = > 0c)x {}^{2} - 3x \\ = > ( - 3) {}^{2} - 3( -3 ) \\ = > 9 + 9 \\ = > 18d)x {}^{2} + 3x \\ = > ( - 3) {}^{2} + 3(3) \\ = > 9 + 9 \\ = > 18

So, in the above four(4) option:b) x {}^{2} - 9 Is correct. Remaining three(3) are incorrect.
