= 5b = -130
= b = -130/5
= b = -26
x-3 = 0
x = 3
p(x) = (3)³+(3)²+b×3-20
= 27+9+3b-20
= 16+3b = -2
= 3b = -2-16
= 3b = -18
= b = -18/3
= b = -6
