here alpha = -3 and ß= 2 there fore ,as we know that the sum of the roots that is alpha + ß = -b/a which implies-3+2=-1 or -b/a=-1/1 or b/a=1 and the product of the roots=c/a =-6/1 hence the required equation is ax^2 + bx+c=0 that is 1x^2-1x-6=0 or x^2-x-6=0
