Popular management can be undemocratic. The reason behind this is that democratically elected government. It is because popularly elected governments may exercise its authority and power to control methods of mass communications including newspapers and television to provide only reliable news about the performance of the management. Elected management may also exercise the authority of the state for the regional and federal rig polls. Opposition parties may be abused and may not be permitted to operate autonomously. The management, sometimes, can made pressure on the judges to deliver a judgment in their favor. All these facts reflect that popular management can be undemocratic.
