i) population of the town at the beginning of 2018.
ii) population of the town at the end of 2019.

Population in 2017 = 90000 * 1.02 = 91800

Population in 2018 = 91800 * 0.95 = 87210

Population in 2019 = 87210 * 1.1 = 95931
