Possible to Get Good Job with Less Aggregate Marks
I am a final year student. I have a very less aggregate in my academics. Can I get the good job?

Yes you can. marks do not determine the intelligence of a person. If you have good practical knowledge in the field you want to start your professional career you can definitely get a good job. all the best!
