Yes, punishment is must.We must give punishment for their mistakes. We must make it a law.Otherwise the crime will increase. Due to this women, children and even men can't do their business peacefully...If the law has punishment for the person who commits mistakes The Middle classed, The poor and the rich will be happy. Women can do their work bravely....
