Potassium chloride is added to water and stirred. A salt is obtained. Is this a chemical change or a physical change

KCl + H2O ---> k+ & cl-
In fact KCl is a neutral salt of an strong acid and a strong base when it is added to water it dissolves in it form potassium ion and chlorine ion . It is a physical change because it is reversable by crystallisation.
