Power of electric technology the boon for humanity debate in seminar
Answers
Good morning everyone present; I am going to speak on ‘Power of electric technology the boon for humanity’; and I am going to speak in favor of the motion.
I strongly feel power of electric technology has been one of the greatest boons for humanity. Humanity literally lived in dark age before the power of electricity lighted it. Electricity has made man’s life so comfortable, convenient, and efficient. Imagine a world without electricity! Life will become so hard without trains, metro, big industries, hospitals, appliances, TVs, ACs, computers, laptops, education, etc.
Electricity is the power that runs the engine of growth and development of the world and countries. The world literally runs on power; if we have enough of it, we have more power; and if we have surplus of it, we surely have a greater power to accomplish our national goals. India is one of the most promising countries, economies, markets, and production hubs the world is looking at with high expectations.
In order to jump from our present state to a higher state of development and advancement, developing and advancing countries require the booster power of power (electricity). All the machines, computers, super computers, trains, giant industries, etc. run on electricity. If we don’t have enough of it, we can’t run them all. Since the demand for electricity has been constantly increasing, meeting this demand will take some more time; until then saving electricity and using it judiciously are the best options. As electricity saved, is electricity generated.
I conclude my speech by saying electricity is a blessing and boon for all humanity let’s conserve, preserve and utilize it wisely.
Electricity is a boon to mankind. Electricity has been of many uses in our day to day life. It is used to light rooms, working fans and domestic appliances like using electric stoves, A/C and more. All these provide comfort to people in cost of electricity. In factories, large machines are worked using electricity. Essential items like food, cloth, paper and many other things produced by machines using electricity.
