Power sharing is one of the most important thing that must be done in every democratic country. It has a lot of significance :-
1. It reduces conflict between people of various religion in a country.
2. It gives all the people their basic rights and dignity.
Explanation:
Here the question is why power sharing is not possible in all countries well it is because most of the nations think that by doing the power sharing they are also sharing their country's land with the people of other religion.
India is a country where people of all religion stay with each other in harmony, peace, love and affection.
But in other countries people discriminate among other religions, for ex - In Pakistan the people are very much concerned about their own religious people, they look down on people of other religions.
In srilanka, the power sharing led to a hige conflict and at last it turned out to be a civil war in 1980.
Whereas in Belgium there was no conflict and power sharing was easily done by changing of constitution.
Therefore, according ro me power sharing is only possible if the people of that area have a mutual understanding and trust among themshelves.
