since M and N are mid points so by mid point theorem we can say that M divides PQ into 2 halves and N divides RS into 2 halves. Also if PQRS is a parallelogram them opposite sides are parallel and by BPT theorem they are parallel. Therefore PMNS and MQRN are parallelogram
