PQRS is a parallelogram, QM is the height from Q to SR and QN is the height from Q to PS. If SR=12 cm and QM-8 cm. Find
(i) the area of the parallelogram PQRS (ii) QN, if PS - 3 cm​

Answer:

PROOF- AREA OF PARALLELOGRAM IS BASE ×HEIGHT

BASE =12 SR AND HEIGHT =8

AR = 8×12=72CM^2

TAKING BASE AS 3 AND AREA IS 72 ,

HEIGHT=

72=3×QN

72÷3= QN

QN =24CM.

HENCE PROVED..
