both are same nature charges therefore neutral point( Net electric field intensity is zero) must lie in-between them.

Q= 2×10^-6. C

q= 8×10^-6. C

let distance of that point from 2micro C charge = X. m

Then, distance from 8micro C charge is= (0.12-X). m

Now,

Use this formula

Electric field intensity at any point = K (charge)/ R^2

Then,

Magnitude of Electric field due to Q = Magnitude of Electric field intensity due to q

And after solving mathematics equation having one variable you will get your answer
