Since PQRS is a rhombus

SR || PQ

<QPS + <PSR= 180°(Interior angles on the same side of transversal is supplementary)

<PSR=180°- 50°=130°

Now,

<PSR = <PQR ( Opposite angles of a rhombus are equal)

Since Triangle PQS congruent to triangle RQS (SSS Rule)

<PQS = <RQS = 1/2<PSR=1/2*130°=65°
