Prashant cycled 100m in 20 seconds At this rate how long will it take him to go 1 km? what is his speed in km/h? What distance will he cover in 40 minutes?

for 1 km = 200 secs or 3 mins 20 secs

speed = 18 Km/ h

in 40 mins he cover 12km or 12000 m

if 100m in 20 secs

then in 1 sec he covers 100/20m

= 5m

in 1 minute he covers

= 5 x 60 = 300m or 0.3km

so his speed will be km/h

0.3 x 60 = 18 km /h

in 40 mins he covers

300 x 40 = 12000 m or 12 Km
