precaution while making windmill????????/fast

i made it by motor , battery ,plug ,wire,cardboard,fan like structure
so write precaution on this material while using,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
plzz give me minimum 3 pts on that (precautions)

carefully measure and cut the blades.
there should be good distance between the base and blades , otherwise they will not rotate.

blades should be light weight
connections should be proper
see to it that the blades are fixed properly
