The relation between delta G, delta H, and delta S is as follows.

where,       = Gibb's free energy

                  = enthalpy

                  T = temperature

                  = entropy

A reaction will be feasible only when degree of randomness, that is, delta S increases and more heat will be released which means enthalpy is decreasing. Therefore, value of delta G will be as follows.

                      =

                                     = -ve - T(+ve)

                                     = -ve - ve

                                     = -ve

Therefore, value of delta G will also be negative.

Thus, we can conclude that delta S should be positive and delta H should be negative for the feasibility of a reaction and the reaction will be spontaneous.
