Microorganims helps in breads,cakes and pastries for air cavaties in it.It yoghurt,there is lactobacillus microbe present to change lactose into lactic acid so it feels sour to us when we eat it.

Microorganims present in atmosphere are not only beneficial they are harmful also.Viruses and bacterias except lactobacillus are harmful for our immune system.Fungi ,algae and protozoa are harmful for us in many ways.In a particul of sand there are millions of microbes that are harmful.
