Now I'm going to present a conversation between a labourer and an interviewer on May Day Special Interview Programme.
Lets started,
Interviewer : "Welcome! to this news channel and Happy May Day to all who are watching this May Day Special Interview Programme. I'm Rajesh, a news reporter and now I'm going to take an interview of a labourer. Hello!"
Labourer : "Hello! Happy May Day to you Sir."
Interviewer : "Same to you! Tell me about yourself."
Labourer : "I'm Ramesh from Bihar. I'm a common labour, a rickshaw puller here."
Interviewer : "Are you alone here or with you your family?"
Labourer : "I'm here with my small family, 1 wife, 1 daughter and 1 son."
Interviewer : "Is this rickshaw your own?"
Labourer : "No, this rickshaw is not my own, I'm a very poor man. I'm unable to buy a rickshaw. So, I hire it from a rickshaw-owner. I cannot work all the twenty-four hours. So, I hire it for the day or the night.
Interviewer : "How much money you pay as rent for this?"
Labourer : "For this, I pay Rs. 15.00 as rent. I pay my due everyday to the rickshaw-owner."
Interviewer : "How much is your daily earning?"
Labourer : "My daily earning is Rs. 50-75.
Interviewer : "Why you do this job?"
Labourer : "Obviously, I do this job to earn money to run my house and to pay fees of my children's school. To fulfil my small family wishes to make them family happy and to take care of my family by my small earnings. As I'm uneducated, I need to do this job. Finally, I know the value of education."
Interviewer : "What are the problems faced by you while pulling a rickshaw?"
Labourer : "There are so many problems which I faced while pulling a rickshaw like the problem of heat of the sun and sweat in summer, the problem of rainfall and dirt due to rain in rainy season, etc."
Interviewer : "Is there any loss due to this problem?"
Labourer : "Yes, due to this problem, most of the passanger left my rickshaw due to which there is loss in my earnings too."
Interviewer : "When you started this job?"
Labourer : "I started this job 5 years ago."
Interviewer : "Is this job is easy or hard for you?"
Labourer : "This job is hard for me but I know that hardwork is the key to success, so I'm still doing this job. As I already told you I'm a very poor man and uneducated, so there is no other job available for me."
Interviewer : "Our time is over, so we need to go. Thanks! for the interview. Good luck for your work & Happy May Day to you again."
Labourer : "Thanks! & Same to you! Sir."

(Raju - Labour)→ The main problem is unemployment , we all don't get work everyday due to-
° Seasonal unemployment
° Educational unemployment
°General unemployment
°General unemployment.
Due to the all this , we don't get work everyday and also if we get work it is not permanent.
(Arjun - Interviewer)→ I am really feeling bad for you all but we are doing this interview for welfare of you.
(Arjun - Interviewer)→ What are the major problem faced by you and your famililes....
(Raju - Labour)→ MONEY , HOME , CHILD EDUCATION , are the major problems faced by me and my families , since due to lack of money due to which we have so problems faced basically for home and my child's education due to lack of unemployment.
(Arjun - Interviewer)→ ohk! but really this problem is basically due to corruption by which cost of things are raised by which your life is become hard .
(Arjun - Interviewer)→Some times there are questions raised by labour for the in security of there on construction site , whay will you say about this.
(Raju - Labour)→Yes this is also a major problem faced by us , there is always a insecurity of a labour at construction site , that we can be like getting injured due to some mistakes.
(Arjun - Interviewer)→ Basically what is the working hours of your's community and what difficulties arrises due to this.
(Raju - Labour)→For the big and long work it is 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM due to this we are unable to spend time with our family and also gets lots of tension and tiredness due to regular work like this.

(Arjun - Interviewer)→What Problem do you and your family faces financially.
(Raju - Labour)→financially many problems occur like unable to give better education to child, can't able to make a perfect and permanent home due to less wages.

(Raju - Labour)→ There are very low wages given to us even if we work for a full day. Nearly we get 700 - to 900 rupees per day which is very low to manage a family . which creates so many problems.
(Arjun - Interviewer)→ Since due to Seasonal unemployment what you do to manage your family.
(Raju - Labour)→ There is also a part time job done by me and my some like throwing newspaper in home , etc which helps us n managing our home .

(Raju - Labour)→Since i am a contract based worker who only gets work if any contract comes , due to which there is no fix time when we will get job.
