Answer:

Harsha was a great patron of art and learning because he himself authored three books - Nagnanda, Ratnavali and Priyadarshika.

There were also some great patrons of art in his court like Dandin, Subandhu and Banabhatta which further proves his interest in arts and learning.

Moreover, he encouraged many different types of art and architecture forms.

Initially, he was a believer of Shiva but during his later life, he was influenced by Buddhist thoughts.

He also held an assembly in Kannauj with many Buddhist scholars attending it.

Harsha also rendered his full support in the development of the Nalanda University that proves his inclination towards art and learning.
