I TELL YOU THE ONLY MY OPENION I HAVE NO CHART ...

FIRST thing avoid oily foods.
it's danglers to all ages not only for child's to 12th ages ....


TAKE A SIMPLE AND HEALTHY FOOD .

ATE FRUITS DRINK JUICES ..

PROHIBITED TO FAST FOOD. ITS SPICY NOT GOOD FORE HEATH BUT MOSTLY CHILD LIKE THAT TOO MUCHH..

U PUT IN HOME ALWAYS NUTRITION OR PROTEINS .POWDER..AND SUMMER SEASON GLUCOSE ALSO..

green vegetables mostly used wali the few oil...not much...

in the break fast u take for ur child milk with almonds and some energetics powder...
