A 12 years old child needs different nutrients in his diet. He has to input carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, dietary fibers, minerals and plenty of water in his diet list. Carbohydrates are found in cereals and grains. Proteins are found in egg, milk, fish, meat etc. Fats are found in dry fruits, oil, butter, cheese. Different sprouts, fruits and vegetables are contain vitamins and minerals. Dietary fibers are found in fruits, vegetables and whole wheat bran.
