A 12 years old child requires a diet comprised of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. The diet must contain food which is high in fiber and good fat.

These are ingredients must be present in this diet chart and they are easily available in the market as well.

It should contain green vegetables, fruits, lean meat which is source of protein, nuts such as almonds, walnuts etc.  

For dairy intake, the plan must contain milk, cheese and butter.
