We are a small family with a 2 years old girl, living in France. We will have a short vacation in Bern, Switzerland this Toussaint Holiday (28/10 – 01/11). Although we love Bern very much, we decided that this trip will be spent to explore the beautiful villages in the country side of Switzerland, those almost legendary and iconic ones that we only have chance to see on facebook so far.
Under 100km from Bern, we’ve found a lot of names (Grinderwald, Gimmewald, Interlaken, Spiez, Iseltwald, Murten, Murren, Lauterbrunnen …), and from google images, all of them look beautiful. But during 2-3 days, we can’t visit all of them. So would you please give us some suggestions on which could be a better options? With a little girl accompanied, we don’t plan to do any hiking or long walk, just drive there, walk around and enjoy the great atmosphere and scenery of the villages. Also weather will play a role, but we also have no idea how the weather is that time.
