Community Development- When the per capita income of the community is           more  then the community is totally Developed 
     All needed factors Are fulfilled in a society then it is Community Development
 National Development - The Countries with higher income is called Developed Country
    All needs are fulfilled with the countries per capita income and the country 
 The Development goal for the country is to generate renewable power For the safety of the people and for development
