nlx is a short hand representation of electronic design.

It is a technique for representation of the electronic setup of a molecule or an atom. n represents the important quantum number n, l represents the subshell s, p, d or f and x is substituted by the quantity of electrons present in the orbital. For instance, hydrogen has 1 electron hence its nlx portrayal is 1s^1.

It predicts the estimations of all the four quantum number of any electron.

For instance:

Nitrogen nuclear number 7

Electronic Configuration will be represented by 1s² 2s² 2p³
