• Coronavirus, which originated in China in December 2019, is now spreading worldwide thereby causing a lot of fatalities to the people as well as to the economy. World Health Organisation is clueless about the virus and as of now, there is no medicinal cure for this pandemic.  
• The lessons from the affected countries as well as other Health observatories is to Break the Chain. The virus gets transmitted from the body of one person to the other through infected droplets. India, with its 130 Billion population is struggling to meet the ends.  
• Public transmission still now remains to be inactive and as of now patients with only Travel and Contact history are mostly affected. Inorder to break Local Transmission, the only possible way is Social Distancing.  
• As prescribed by the Government, let us all remain indoor and win the battle against these microscopic enemies.

Dear friends,

It's so stressful and saddening that people from all over the globe are suffering and dying from Corona virus disease. The main problem we are facing, is that there is no such medicine for the disease. We can only prevent it from spreading further into our cities, villages and homes.

As you know that this virus cannot live outside a human body for more than twelve hours, we need to make sure that we stay indoors most of the times of a day. If you have symptoms, like cold, cough, breathing problems, it may not mean that you have got the disease, but you must stay self-islolated even from your family members.

Some basic actions we can take to stop it from spreading:

DOs:

• Stay home: Staying home will keep you safe from getting infected and will stop from spreading the disease.
• Keep a safe distance: While talking with anyone diseased or anyone in your household, always keep some distance from them. Never to take part in gathering people.
• Wash hands often: Wash your hands for 20 seconds regularly. Use a soap or hand rub that conatins alcohol.
• Cover your cough: Cover your mouth and nose so that you do not get effected by someone's cough or someone by yours.
• Sick? Call the helpline: If you feel unwell, call the helpline number +911123978046 or 1075 and stay self-isolated from others.
• Back home sooner: We need to go to shops for sure but we must maintain the distance from the shopkeeper and other buyers. Do not waste your immunity by indulging yourself in a talk with someone. Be back home sooner!
