in case of a and b these are isotopes (having same atomic no. but different mass no) to each other.but in case of c these are two different atoms.N-14 is stable but C-14 is a radioactive isotope of carbon.

atom               atomic no.       proton       electron        neutron

Cl-35                   17                    17                 17                  15

Cl-37                    17                   17                  17                  20

C-12                     6                     6                   6                   6

C-13                     6                     6                   6                   7

C-14                     6                     6                   6                   8

N-14                    7                      7                    7                  7
