let present age of kiran is 5x and of shyam is 4x
after 3 years
5x + 3/ 4x + 3 = 11/9
by cross multiplication we get
x =6
therefore shyams age is 4 * 6 = 24 years

Let the present age of Kiran be 5x
and Syam be 4x

After three years,

Kiran's age :- ( 5x + 3 )
Syam's age :- ( 4x + 3 )

 \frac{5x + 3}{4x + 3} = \frac{11}{9}

45x + 27 = 44x + 33

45x - 44x = 33 - 27

x = 6

So,

Present age of Kiran is 5x = 30 years
And Syam is 4x = 24years
