As of now, there aren't any medicines or vaccines as such although some are under testing. Thus, as a good citizen all we can do is take precautions and preventative measures. Just as the old saying suggests, it means that taking precautions and staying cautious is better than getting infecting and fighting against it. Precautions are plenty, such as wear a mask, use a sanitizer or wash them frequently with soap, by staying home, social distancing etc. but, once infected it is a life or death situation.
