A private health facility is a certified local facility owned by a person or a group of people with the aim of providing health services for the local people or for the people within that locality. It is usually certified by the Government and licensed to carry out its functions in accordance to the law for instance it is supposed to have doctors, nurses, pharmacists, drugs which are not expired, it is supposed ti be in a clean environment etc
