Then,

Percentage of money spent = 62%

Percentage of money saved
= 100 - 62%
= 38%

Then, amount of money saved
= 38% of total
= 38/100 × x
= 38x/100

Also, Amount of money saved = 3629

Then, both are equal.

=> 38x/100 = 3629

=> x = 3629×100/38

=> x = 362900/38

=> x = 9550

Hence, Priya's monthly salary = x = 9,550 Rs.
