Given

Priyanka takes 30 min to cover 3 km

on a bicycle.

To find

The velocity in Km/min, M/s, Km/h.

Solution

We can simply solve this mathematical problem by using the following mathematical process.

Now,

Time Taken by Priyanka = 30 min = 0.5 hrs = 1800 sec

Distance covered = 3 km = 3000m

Velocity (in Km/min) = \frac{3}{30} = \frac{1}{10} = 0.1 km/min

Velocity (in m/s) = \frac{3000}{1800} = \frac{5}{3} = 1.67 m/s

Velocity (in Km/h) = \frac{3}{0.5} = 3 × 2 = 6 km/h

Hence the values of the velocity are solved
