In km/min:

Speed = Distance / Time

= 3km/30min

= 1/10 km / min..

In m/s :

Speed = Distance / Time

= 3*1000m / 30*60sec

= 10/6 m/s..

In km/h :

Speed = Distance / Time

= 3km / 0.5h

= 6km/h..

Hope it's helpful to u.

speed = 3km/30min = 0.1km/min.
or
speed = 3000m/1800sec = 1.66m/s
or
speed = 3km/0.5hr = 6km/hr

if it seems to be helpful mark my answer as brainliest.
