While organising the Independence Day you get full support from the teachers and the students.

However I also faced some difficulties such as -

It became difficult to arrange the time slots for events because all of them wanted to finish early and go back home.

Each and every student and teacher was present on the Independence Day.

So it was difficult for us to manage the crowd inside the hall or playground.

Mysterious students always tried to disturb the rhythm which made it difficult for us to manage the programs.

It was not easy to arrange the best welcome for our chief guest and our senior faculties including the school principal.

• Plan the best day to conduct the event so that everyone can attend and participate in the event.
• List down all the events to take place.
• Formulate a time line to keep track of the events.
• Make sure that the ground/auditorium is ready for the event.
• Purchase all the gifts and honors needed for every event.
• Prepare invitations.
• Invite the special guest.
• Send out the invites to the students and parents.
