Problems associated with green revolution are :-
1. Affect on water table level : It has a bad impact on the ground water level. We know that in green revolution , farmers use HYV seeds which required water in abundant amount. So water is dugged using pumps and wells which lower water table in many parts of the country.

2. Limited to some regions only : It is limited to only some regions like Punjab and Haryana. It is not benefiting all the farmers of the country which is also its demerit.

3. Widen Gap between Rich and Poor : Only rich farmers can afford things / material which is required for cultivation of HYV seeds and they are becoming more rich. Poor farmers cannot afford them and doesn't get any benifit from this. So it widens the gap between rich and poor.

4. Affects soil fertility : HYV seeds need fertilisers and pesticides which affects the soil fertility as well as the land of that region.

5. Pollutes ground water : Use of chemical fertilisers and pesticides for the cultivation of HYV seeds also pollutes the ground water.

Hope it helps you ☺☺
