1. Thorougher practice of all events (including anchoring )
2. ensure proper code of conducts like 
            green rooms,  sitting arrangements and welcoming of chief guests etc
3. U need to ensure that no one should left uninvited for witnessing the mega event.(like parents of the students , guest of honor etc)
4. Also , ensure that no student should be absent on the day of the function .
5. NEED TO make a proper list of volunteers who will look after the everything (giving different duties to each of them )
