first of all.......go to insert then create list.....insert willing data....no...for next level....list ...there is an option of making bullets...n..so.on

Here is the procedure to create a multilevel list in ms word 2007 :

1. Select the appropriate list in the document. 

2. Go to paragraph group which is in the home tab.

3. Click the small drop down arrow which is next to the multilevel list icon.

4.  U can select the list whatever you want. If those lists don't match your requirements, U can create new list style by just clicking on define new list style.
