Fermentation is the process in which milk is first kept warm at the temp around 37 degree Celsius and lactobacillus (bacteria) is added to it in the form of little amount of curd. Then lactobacillus feeds on the milk and grows under favourable conditions and right temp. This way milk gets converted into curd. Moreover centrifugation is the process to convert milk into butter by obtaining milky liquid in the center and leaving other particles on the sides.
